lyrics
I was so bored the other day I wanted to die. So i grabbed my notebook and I bought a bottle of Evan Williams. I headed downtown to the train tracks. I wrote a suicide note, it was hella dark. But i just wasn't feeling it, so I didn't do it. Suicide is like a runner's up prize. It's like a bronze medal, then you're just so much grief porn. Your pages stuck together with no one to pull them back apart. It's like suicide could make the afternoon fly by quicker. I think my funeral would be pretty cool, I'd probably have a lot of friends there. But then I'd be dead and I'd be bored all over again. I'm bored.

Quite possibly the most full-on album I've ever listened to. Intense, and then some. 'Digital Tarpit' could describe both the track and the whole album: high-pitched guitar squeals that make your fillings itch coupled with merciless, suffocating heaviness. The Avenell-esque vocals top it off perfectly.
Brilliant - punishing, but brilliant. jim_fuego
Deaf Club eschew their usual harsh grind MO for moodier textures on this Killing Joke cover, benefiting Fair Fight through 1/4/2021. Bandcamp New & Notable Dec 22, 2020
One of the most unsettling albums i have heard in a while. Chat Pile creates a grotesque blend of noise and groove that brings me back everytime. scarface6204
